Abstract
"SAL DE AMÔNIO, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, E, MÉTODO PARA TRATAMENTO DE UM MAMÍFERO SOFRENDO OU SUSCEPTÍVEL A CÂNCER". A presente invenção refere-se a compostos de ornitina farmaceuticamente ativos, particularmente a sais de amônio farmaceuticamente aceitáveis de derivados de compostos de N^ ^-acila de N^ ^ (4-amino-4-deoxipteroil)-L-ornitina; e métodos de tratamento e composições farmacêuticas que utilizam ou compreendem um ou mais destes sais de amônio. Os sais de amônio providos pela invenção demonstram superior estabilidade química do que os derivados de compostos de N^ ^-acila ácidos correspondentes de N^ ^ (4-amino-4-deoxipteroil)-L-ornitina.
