Abstract
"MÉTODO DE UTILIZAÇÃO DE UMA PRENSA DE COLAGEM MEDIDORA PARA PRODUZIR UM PAPEL REVESTIDO ADEQUADO PARA IMPRESSÃO DE ROTOGRAVURA; PAPEL REVESTIDO ADEQUADO PARA USO EM IMPRESSÃO DE ROTOGRAVURA; FORMULAÇÃO AQUOSA DE REVESTIMENTO E PAPEL REVESTIDO". Trata-se de um método para produzir papel adequado para impressão de rotogravura por meio da utilização de um processo de prensa de colagem medidora para aplicar uma formulação de revestimento a um papel e então calandrar o papel revestido. Em um aspecto, a formulação de revestimento compreende uma mistura de pigmentos contendo argila caulim delaminada trabalhada, e um aglutinante látex. Em um outro aspecto, a mistura de pigmentos compreende argila caulim delaminada, argila caulim delaminada trabalhada e argila calcinada. Alternativamente, é usado talco no lugar de argila calcinada. Em um aspecto adicional, a mistura de pigmentos compreende argila caulim delaminada, argila caulim em placa, argila caulim grossa e argila calcinada.
