Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÕES DE HORMÔNIOS JUVENIS E MÉTODOS PARA PRODUZIR AS MESMAS". A presente invenção refere-se a camadas de revestimento hormonais com características desejáveis de distribuição de hormônio e durabilidade de produto. Em uma modalidade, a invenção é uma composição hormonal incluindo um substrato tendo uma superfície externa, e uma camada de revestimento disposta sobre a superfície externa. A camada de revestimento de preferência inclui uma tela de polímero, um material protetor contra UV, e de cerca de 1 wppm a cerca de 100.000 wppm de um hormônio dispersado em toda a tela de polímero. A invenção também refere-se a métodos para produzir materiais de revestimento contendo hormônio da presente invenção. As composições de revestimento da presente invenção são de preferência implementadas em materiais de embalagem de gêneros alimentícios para o ser humano e para animais para proteger de forma segura e eficiente os alimentos ali contidos contra infestação por insetos.
