Abstract

"FAROFA DE CEREAL". A farofa de Cereal ou de Cereais é um produto alimentício na forma de uma farinha pronta para consumo, torrada, podendo ser composta por um ou mais tipos de cereais como: Aveia, Soja, Trigo, milho, centeio, além de outros, moídos em diversas granulometrias, texturizados ou na forma de flocos, fibra, farelo, farinha, etc. Esta farofa de cereais ainda não comercializada no mercado, é cozida por torrefação em temperatura adequada, podendo ser temperada com sal, óleos, hortaliças ou diversos condimentos. Pode também conter pequenas proporções de outros tipos de farinha, para adequação de sua palatabilidade e digestibilidade, podendo ser consumida separadamente, ou com outros alimentos.
