O corpo do botão (1) é fixado de forma giratória ao tecido (6) pela fixação. A porção de extensão (4) possui uma porção de inserção (54) adaptada para ser inserida na casa, o guia (55) se estende de forma arqueada a partir da porção de inserção (54) em direção ao corpo do botão (1), o guia (55) orienta o corpo do botão (1) até a casa quando o corpo do botão (1) é girado.
