"USO DE DERIVADOS N-FENILPIPERAZÍNICOS E COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS CONTENDO OS MESMOS". A presente invenção proporciona novos derivados N-fenilpiperazínicos e composições farmacêuticas compreendendo os mesmos, sendo estes novos derivados estruturais da clozapina capazes de atuar em vias dopaminérgicas e/ou serotoninérgicas de ação central; estes compostos demonstraram-se úteis no tratamento de disfunção erétil e também úteis como antipsicóticos, com as vantagens de não acarretarem os efeitos colaterais típicos da clozapina; proporcionarem menor incidência de catatonia quando comparados com outro agente antipsicótico, o haloperidol, e não apresentarem efeito depressor do sistema nervoso central; as moléculas também apresentam efeito hipotérmico, que pode ser útil no tratamento de quadros que apresentem hipertermia.
