Abstract

"DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM CORTADOR DE PERNAS NA FABRICAÇÃO DE FRALDAS DESCARTÁVEIS". É um dispositivo termo-mecânico que corta por termo-fusão tecidos sintéticos utilizados na fabricação de fraldas descartáveis; possui um par de facas que pressiona, aquece e recorta por fusão o tecido usado na confecção das fraldas. As facas(4) são curvas com movimento linear alternativo, acionadas por um solenóide(5) e com retorno automático por ação de mola(6) mecânica e o par de facas esta apoiado em tima estrutura(7), através de travessa(12) e placa(8) guia.
