Patente de Privilégio de Invenção é compreendido por ponto de acionamento (1) que aciona o garfo (3) e o garfo inferior (4) através da haste do garfo (2), tendo a função do garfo inferior (4) de liberar o primeiro copo e o garfo superior (3) de travar os copos subseqüentes, retornando assim o sistema mecânico na posição inicial através da mola (5).
