Abstract

"PRÉ-INCUBADOR PARA MANTER VIVAS FATIAS DE TECIDO ANIMAL". Pró-incubador para manter vivas fatias de tecido animal, composto de um recipiente para a contenção da solução fisiológica e minicubas para suportar as fatias de tecido animal. No interior do recipiente encontram-se; o ciclador que juntamente com o oxigenador promovem a circulação da solução fisiológica, repõem o nível de oxigênio e estabilizam o pH da solução fisiológica. Somam-se a estes as minicubas. As fatias podem ficar em repouso nas minicubas para estabilização da físiologia celular sem pressão criada pelo fluxo de solução fisiológica.
