A presente invenção refere-se a compostos de fórmula (I): onde: R~ 1~ representa um heterociclo, R~ 2~ representa hidrogênio, um halogênio ou hidróxi, A representa CR~ 4~R~5 ou NR~ 4~, R~ 3~ representa hidrogênio, alquila ou cicloalquila, R~ 4~ representa hidrogênio ou alquila, ou A representa nitrogênio e, juntamente com o grupo -CHR~ 3~-adjacente, forma o anel onde m representa 1, 2 ou 3, R~ 5~ representa hidrogênio ou um halogênio, a seus isômeros e também a sais de adição dos mesmos, bem como a medicamentos.
