"PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO DE AMILASE TERMOESTÁVEL E COMPOSIÇÕES PARA LIMPEZA". A presente invenção descreve um processo de produção de uma amilase termóestável HM2003 a partir da utilização de um Aspergillus linhagem CBiot-UFRGS; o crescimento é feito em processo submerso utilizando como meio de cultura um composto contendo uma ou mais fontes de nitrogênio, carbono sais minerais e complementos nutricionais, sendo o processo realizado em temperatura mesófila e com fornecimento de oxigênio em quantidade acima da concentração inibitória mínima durante todo o processo; são também descritas composições de limpeza compreendendo as referidas amilases.
