Mais especificamente a invenção refere-se a uma máquina automática de rebobinamento periférico, dotada dos cilindros para tracionamento (1 e 4), dispositivos de perfuração do papel (2), dispositivo de transporte de tubete (11), aplicação de cola no tubete (12), introdução do tubete (6), e a zona de rebobinamento (19) composta pelos cilindros (5, 7 e 8) onde o rolo em formação está em contato e é sujeitado até sua conclusão.
