Trata-se de um equipamento destinado do biscoito casadinho em linha industrial, sendo composta de moldagem (1), câmara de ar (1.1), válvula de extrusão (1.2), bandeja de recepção de massa (2), bandeja de recepção do biscoito (3), sistema de injeção de ar (4), trilho da bandeja (5) engrenagem de elevação (6) que transportará a chapa de moldagem da bandeja (2) para a bandeja (3), sendo que este equipamento possibilita a fabricação de grandes quantidades do biscoito em um período de tempo relativamente curto.
