"APERFEIÇOAMENTOS INTRODUZIDOS EM TRAVESSEIRO". Segundo os quais, na face superior do bloco principal (1), ou outro material apropriado, que constitui a alma do travesseiro, ser previsto rebaixo central (2) de formato qualquer apropriado, o qual delimita a formação de dois trechos longitudinais (3), pelo menos um deles constituindo apoio para o pescoço, e dois trechos laterais (4) para apoio do rosto do usuário, sendo que no dito rebaixo encaixa-se 'almofada' (5) de mesmo formato e dimensões, porém de densidade menor que a do restante do bloco (1), e constitui apoio para a cabeça.
