Trata o presente relatório de um sistema único que funciona sem combustível seja ele petrolífero ou os da natureza, vento, sol, chuva, etc... a não ser óleo lubrificante, para lubrificação das engrenagens, desenvolvido com o objetivo de se locomover, gerar e. distribuir energia através de seu funcionamento, que por ser giratório poderá ser acoplado a qualquer modulo veicular de locomoção ou ter em si acoplado qualquer sistema energético ou de geração de energia de qualquer rotação e tamanho, pois sua dimensão baseia - se na necessidade do projeto, sem alterar em nada seu desempenho.
