A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de estabilização trocânter (40), especialmente para a fixação de fragmentos ósseos na região da articulação coxo-femural (11) ou para a fixação do trocânter grande (12), com A) meios de estabilização óssea (1), que abrangem uma placa (2) central com ao menos uma perfuração de fixação (13) para receber um meio de fixação de osso (20); B) uma placa óssea (30) longitudinal, na qual está presa uma luva (31) em posição angular, destinada a um elemento fixador (50) a ser introduzido na região da articulação coxo-femural, sendo que C) da placa central (2) originam-se ao menos três braços periféricos (4), sendo que D) cada braço periférico (4) dispõe de ao menos um orifício (5) para introdução de um meio fixador ósseo (20).
