"ENDOPRÓSTESE PARA UMA JUNTA". Uma endopróstese para uma junta, em particular um implante intervertebral (1) com um eixo geométrico central (2), uma parte de topo (10), uma parte de fundo (20) e uma junta (5) provida entre elas, no qual A) a junta (5) compreende pelo menos duas superfícies articulares A e B que podem deslizar uma na outra; B) a parte de topo (10) tem uma superfície justaposta de topo (15) que intersecta o eixo geométrico central (2) e superfícies laterais (11, 12, 13, 14); C) a parte de fundo (20) tem uma superfície justaposta de fundo (25) que intersecta o eixo geométrico central (2) e superfícies laterais (21, 22, 23, 24); no qual compreende pelo menos um canal (27, 28) adequado para transportar fluido do corpo, referido canal terminando em uma das duas superfícies articulares A e B, e ligando-as com o exterior da endopróstese para a junta.
