"PRODUTOS DE CAFÉ CEREJA COM BAIXO TEOR DE MICOTOXINAS". Um café cereja é colhido, preferivelmente em um estado submaduro, e secado rapidamente para proporcionar uma base para diversos produtos nutricionais. Tais cafés cereja e suas porções podem ser particularmente caracterizados por sua concentração extremamente baixa de micotoxinas, incluindo diversas aflatoxinas, fumonisinas, ocratoxinas, e/ou vomitoxinas (DON, desoxinivalenol).
