Abstract
"PACOTES DE VÍDEO ATRAVÉS DE UMA LIGAÇÃO SEM FIO SOB CONDIÇÕES VARIADAS DE RETARDO E LARGURA DE BANDA". Um aparelho em uma rede sem fio inclui um codificador de vídeo para codificar informação de vídeo não compactado em pacotes com comprimento variável de quadros compactados, e um processador de decisão para selecionar uma largura de banda parcial e retardo de enfileiramento em um canal sem fio para cada um dos pacotes com base em uma qualidade de recepção pretendida. Preferivelmente, o retardo de enfileiramento e a largura de banda parcial constituem um de uma pluralidade de retardos de enfileiramento e larguras de banda, parciais, distintas, representativos das classes de qualidade de serviço de transmissão sem fio.
