Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE ALQUILARILSULFONATOS, ALQUILA COMO PRODUTO INTERMEDIÁRIO, ALQUILARILSULFONATO, USO DO MESMO, E, AGENTES DE LAVAGEM OU LIMPEZA". A invenção diz respeito aos métodos para produzir sulfonatos de alquilarila: a) reagindo uma mistura de C~ 4~-olefina em um catalisador de metátese para produzir um 2-penteno e/ou uma mistura de olefina contendo 3hexeno, e opcionalmente separando 2-penteno e/ou 3-hexeno; b) dimerizando o 2-penteno e/ou 3-hexeno obtido(s) na etapa a) na presença de um catalisador de dimerização para formar uma mistura contendo C~ 10~- 12~ -olefinas e opcionalmente separando as C~ 10~- 12~-olefinas; c) reagindo as misturas de C~ 10~- 12olefina obtidas na etapa b) com um hidrocarboneto aromático na presença de um catalisador de alquilação para formar compostos alquil-aromáticos, onde olefinas lineares podem ser adicionalmente adicionadas antes da reação; d) sulfonando os compostos alquil-aromáticos obtidos na etapa c) e os neutralizando para formar sulfonatos de alquilarila, onde alquil benzenos lineares podem ser adicionalmente adicionados antes da sulfonação; e) opcionalmente misturando os sulfonatos de alquilarila obtidos na etapa d) com sulfonatos de alquilarila linear.
