Abstract
"APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA REVESTIMENTO EM PÓ". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho para conduzir um processo para formação de um revestimento em um substrato (6), incluindo: uma câmara de fluidização (1) para estabelecer um leito fluidizado de uma composição de revestimento em pó; um meio para imergir o substrato, parcial ou totalmente, no leito fluidizado, o substrato (6) sendo isolado ou aterrado eletricamente; um eletrodo eletricamente condutivo (9), ao qual se aplica uma voltagem, posicionado para influenciar o grau no qual as partículas carregadas aderem a uma região do substrato (6); um meio (8) para aplicar a voltagem ao eletrodo (9); um meio para retirar o substrato do leito fluidizado; e um meio para formar as partículas aderentes em um revestimento contínuo por pelo menos parte do substrato, o aparelho sendo disposto para operar sem efeitos de ionização ou corona no leito fluidizado.
