Em uma conexão rosqueada com roscas afiladas macho e fêmea (3, 4), é fornecido um alojamento anular (20) na vizinhança da extremidade livre do elemento fêmea (2), cujo alojamento acomoda uma porção de um anel de vedação deformável (130) que é comprimido radialmente, enquanto uma borda de retenção (143) do anel (130) é imobilizada em um outro alojamento anular (18) do elemento fêmea por uma nervura (53) no elemento macho. Aplicação para conectar tubos para poços de hidrocarbonetos.
