A presente invenção refere-se a comprimidos bi ou multifásicos que compreendem uma quantidade eficaz de um ingrediente ativo sensível à umidade, que em particular é topiramato, onde pelo menos uma das fases compreende material de goma higroscópica, a qual preferencialmente é goma xantana, e onde nenhuma das fases contém tanto ingrediente ativo sensível à umidade quanto material de goma higroscópica.
