Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÃO E MÉTODO PARA TRATAR NEFRITE DE LÚPUS". A presente invenção refere-se a novos polinucleotídeos de BFLP1698 isolados e polipeptídeos codificados pelos polinucleotídeos de BFLP1698. Também fornecidos são os anticorpos que imunoespecificamente se ligam a um polipeptídeo de BFLP1698 ou qualquer derivado (incluindo derivado de fusão), variante, mutante ou fragmento do polipeptídeo, polinucleotídeo ou anticorpo de BFLP1698. A invenção adicionalmente fornece métodos em que o polipeptídeo, polinucleotídeo e anticorpo de BFLP1698 são utilizados na detecção e tratamento de uma faixa vasta de estados patológicos, como também para outros usos.
