Abstract
AGENTES ANTIINFECCIOSOS A presente invenção proporciona um composto inibidor da polimerase do HCV tendo a fórmula (I) e uma composição compreendendo uma quantidade terapeuticamente eficaz do dito composto. A presente invenção também proporciona um método para inibir a polimerase do vírus da hepatite C (HCV), um método para inibir a duplicação viral do HCV, e um método para tratar ou prevenir a infecção por HCV. São também proporcionados processos para preparar os ditos compostos, e intermediários sintéticos empregados nos ditos processos.
