Dispositivo e método para a dosagem de creme de fermento, o creme de fermento se encontrando dentro de um reservatório de transporte cambiável (20) situado na parte de dentro de um compartimento refrigerado (10), o reservatório sendo ligado a uma abertura de retirada (27) por um conduto de saída (26) que pode ser aberta ou fechada por um mecanismo de abertura/fechamento (30).
