Abstract
"VETOR LOCUS DE EXPRESSÃO ELEVADA COM BASE NO LÓCUS DO GENE DE CADEIA PESADA DE FERRITINA". A apresente invenção refere-se a vetores lócus de expressão elevada com base, em parte, no lócus de cadeia pesada de ferritina. Os vetores incluem seqüências de flanqueamento 5 distais e/ou seqüências reguladoras 5 proximais derivadas do lócus de cadeia pesada de ferritina. Os vetores incluem um sítio para a inserção de seqüências heterólogas e seqüências reguladoras 3 proximais e de flanqueamento 3 distais. As seqüências reguladoras 3 proximais e de flanqueamento 3 distais são opcionalmente derivadas do lócus de cadeia pesada de ferritina. As células transformadas com os vetores e métodos de produção de proteínas heterólogas codificadas pelos vetores, são também apresentadas.
