Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A MANUFATURA DE MERCAPTOSILANO BLOQUEADO COMO AGENTES DE LIGAÇÃO". Os Mercaptosilanos bloqueados podem ser fabricados através da reação de mercaptosilanos com haletos ou com anidretos, orgânicos ou inorgânicos, na presença de um receptor de ácido e lavando o produto de reação resultante com água/salmoura de forma a gerar duas fases imiscíveis: uma fase orgânica contendo o produto mercaptosilano bloqueado e uma fase aquosa contendo o sal do ácido receptor. A reciclagem do receptor de ácido é obtida através da adição de uma base à fase aquosa. O processo é apropriado a ser realizado tanto em batelada quanto de forma contínua. Os compostos de mercaptosilano bloqueado são empregados como agentes de ligação em misturas de borracha.
