Abstract

"FLAVOPROTEÍNA DE TRYPANOSSOMA CRUZI, MÉTODO DE AVALIAR VERMICIDA COM O USO DA MESMA E DIAGNÓSTICO". É pretendido fornecer um método de diagnosticar infecção com doença de Chagas avaliando-se drogas tripanocidas para Trypanosoma cruzi que é o patógeno de doença de Chagas. Empregando uma proteína de flavina TcOYE específica para Trypanosoma cruzi, uma droga tripanocida eficaz contra o Trypanosoma cruzi é avaliada. Empregando a seqüência de gene de TcOYE e um anticorpo para isto, a infecção com o Trypanosoma cruzi é diagnosticada.
