Abstract
"CÁPSULA, TABLETE, GRÂNULO OU GRÂNULO FINO, E, CÁPSULA DE LIBERAÇÃO PROLONGADA". Uma preparação de liberação controlada em que a liberação de ingrediente ativo é controlada, que libera um ingrediente ativo durante um período prolongado mediante parada ou lenta migração no trato gastrintestinal, é proporcionada por meios, como encapsulação de um tablete, grânulo ou grânulo fino em que a liberação de ingrediente ativo é controlada, e um polímero formador de gel. O referido tablete, grânulo ou grânulo fino apresenta uma camada de revestimento de liberação controlada formada sobre uma partícula de núcleo contendo um ingrediente ativo.
