Abstract

"COMPOSIÇÃO DE GRAXA; HIDRÓXIDO DE METAL; ÁCIDO CARBOXÍLICO; MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO DE GRAXA; E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM ESPESSADOR DE GRAXA". A invenção proporciona uma composição de graxa, que inclui um produto de reação de uma dispersão estável de um hidróxido de metal com um número médio de tamanho de partícula na faixa de 20 nanômetros a 2 micrômetros, um tensoativo com um HLB menor do que 10, um ácido mono e/ou poli-carboxílico, e um óleo de viscosidade lubrificante. O método de preparar uma composição de graxa também é descrito com benefícios que abrangem uma redução no tempo de reação, quantidade de espuma produzida e riscos ambientais.
