Abstract
"CONTROLE ELETROMECÂNICO DO COMPORTAMENTO DE ESTRUTURAS DENTRO DE UM DISPOSITIVO DE SISTEMAS MICRO-ELETROMECÂNICOS". Em uma modalidade, a invenção fornece um método para a fabricação de um dispositivo de sistemas micro-eletromecânicos. O método compreende a fabricação de uma primeira camada compreendendo um filme possuindo uma resposta eletromecânica característica, e uma resposta ótica característica, na qual a resposta ótica característica é desejável e a resposta eletromecânica característica é indesejável; e a modificação da resposta eletromecânica característica da primeira camada pelo menos pela redução do acúmulo de carga na mesma durante a ativação do dispositivo de sistemas micro-eletromecânicos.
