Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA DE LIPOSSOMAS DE PEQUENO TAMANHO, UNILAMELARES, E MÉTODO PARA SUA PREPARAÇÃO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica de lipossomas unilamelares de pequeno tamanho para o suprimento de princípios ativos por injeção, com permanência melhorada no fluxo sangüíneo, onde a membrana unilamelar contém uma mistura de lipídios saturados englobando pelo menos um lisofosfolipídio em uma quantidade de cerca de 0,5% molar a cerca de 6,0% molares relativamente aos lipídios totais, e ao método para sua produção. Adicionalmente, lipossomas com alta eficiência de encapsulamento de um princípio ativo tal como a doxorubicina são preparados através da adição de uma solução de íons cálcio.
