Abstract
"MÉTODO ANALÍTICO PARA A DETERMINAÇÃO DA DIGESTIBILINADE DA PROTEÍNA DE FÓRMULA PARA LACTENTE IN VITRO". É descrito um método para determinação in vibro da digestibilidade de proteínas em um produto nutricional. O método utilizou enzimas gástrica e intestinal que são padronizadas para processo de digestão in vitro que mimetiza o processo digestivo in vivo. Adicionalmente, a especificidade na digestão é determinada por um perfil de aminoácido.
