Abstract
"PROCESSOS PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE ÉSTERES DE HIDROXIALQUIL TROPANO". A presente invenção refere-se a proporciona um processo para a preparação de éster de hidroxialquil tropano, compreendendo: (a) contatar um tropano com 1,1 -carbonildiimidazol para produzir um éster ativado de tropano; (b) contatar o éster ativado de tropano com um excesso de um alcanodiol para formar uma mistura de reação; e (c) manter a mistura de reação a uma temperatura e por um tempo suficiente para que o éster ativado de tropano reaja com o alcanodiol para formar o correspondente éster de hidroxialquil tropano. Esse processo pode ser utilizado para produzir derivados de hidroxialquil tropanos, tais como, benzoilecgonina, ecgonina e ecgonidina.
