Abstract
"EPÍTOPOS DE CÉLULAS T NA ENTEROTOXINA B EM ESTAFILOCOCOS". A presente invenção refere-se ao campo da imunologia. A invenção identifica determinantes sobre a enterotoxina B de estafilococo (SEB) capazes de ativar uma resposta imunológica. Em particular, a invenção refere-se à identificação de epítopos para células T em SEB. A invenção refere-se ainda a peptídeos epítopos de células T derivados da SEB através dos quais é possível criar variantes de SEB modificados com imunogenicidade reduzida.
