Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE BARRAS NÃO CONTENDO NENHUMA ARGILA". A invenção fornece um processo para a preparação de barras detergentes não contendo argila, compreendendo as etapas de: a) reagir o precursor de um ativo de detergente com um material alcalino; b) adicionar uma mistura de pelo menos um poliol e um composto contendo boro; c) adicionar aluminossilicato de sódio ou gerar in situ aluminossilicato de sódio permitindo uma fonte de alumínio monomérico condensar com o ânion de silicato; d) adicionar, se desejado, outros ativos de detergente, reforçadores e ingredientes secundários; e converter o produto em barras através de método convencional. A barra resultante inclui 5-70% em peso de ativo de detergente, 0,5 a 30 % em peso de gel de boro-poliol, 1-15 % em peso de aluminossilicato, e água.
