Abstract

"CATALISADOR DE POLIMERIZAÇÃO SECADO POR ASPERSÃO, MÉTODO PARA PREPARÁ-LO E MÉTODO DE POLIMERIZAÇÃO EMPREGANDO-O". A presente invenção compreende uma carga porosa inerte e o produto de reação de uma mistura ou produto de reação de um haleto de magnésio, um solvente, um composto doador de elétron (s), e um composto de metal de transição. A carga é substancialmente esférica e tem um tamanho médio de partícula variando de 1 m a 12 m. Métodos para fazer composições secadas por aspersão, catalisadores, e processos de polimerização empregando tais composições também são descritos.
