Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE COMPOSTOS". Processo para produzir compostos 4-aza-androst-1-eno-3-ona substituídos em 17 da fórmula geral (I): ou um seu sal farmaceuticamente aprovado por meio de (A) introduzir grupos protetores no grupo 3-ceto-4-aza do correspondente composto 1,2-diidro, produzindo assim um composto da fórmula geral (III): (B) reagir o composto assim obtido na presença (i) de um catalisador de desidrogenação, e na presença de (ii) benzoquinona opcionalmente substituída, carbonato de alilpropila, e, (C) remover os grupos protetores R~ 3~ e R~ 4~ e opcionalmente converter o composto assim obtido a um sal.
