Abstract
POLIPEPTÍDEOS PIN1 PEPTIDIL-PROLIL ISOMERASE, SUAS ESTRUTURAS CRISTALINAS E A UTILIZAÇÃO DESTES PARA PROJETO DE REMÉDIOS São descritos polipeptídeos que têm o domínio PIN1 peptidil-prolil isomerase mas não têm o domínio WW de PIN1. São descritas também estruturas cristalinas desses polipeptídeos, incluindo a estrutura cristalina de um complexo PP1ase de PIN1-ligante. Os dados das coordenadas estruturais derivadas desses cristais fornecem uma descrição tridimensional do sítio de ligação ao substrato de isomerase PIN1 peptidil-prolil usado na descoberta de medicamento e projeto para a identificação e projeto de moduladores de atividade PIN1 peptidil-prolil isomerase.
