Abstract
'SEQÜÊNCIAS DE NUCLEOTÍDEOS CODIFICANDO FOSFOGLICERATO-DESIDROGENASES DESREGULADAS DE BACTÉRIAS CORINEFORMES E PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE L-SERINA". A invenção refere-se a seqüências de nucleotídeos de bactérias corineformes codificando proteínas que participam da biossíntese de L-serina, bem como processos para a preparação de L-serina. Através da deleção de pelo menos 79 aminoácidos na terminação C da seqüência de tipo selvagem, pôde ser produzida uma 3-fosfoglicerato-desidrogenase com uma menor inibição de feedback comparada com o tipo selvagem através da L-serina.
