Abstract
"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA TRATAMENTO FOTOTÉRMICO DE TECIDO A FUNDO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e a um aparelho para tratamento de tecido em uma região a fundo, por aplicação de radiação óptica a ela, de um comprimento de onda capaz de atingir a profundidade da região e de uma potência relativamente baixa selecionada, por uma duração suficiente para a radiação realizar o tratamento desejado, enquanto resfriando concorrentemente o tecido acima da região selecionada, para proteger esse tecido. O tratamento pode ser otimizado por aplicação à região de estimulação mecânica, acústica ou elétrica.
