A invenção refere-se a um trocador de calor para veículos motorizados, o qual compreende: pelo menos um conduto condutor de calor (3) para a passagem de um primeiro meio (1), uma cobertura de uma estrutura porosa termicamente condutora (4) conectada a um lado externo do conduto (3) para a passagem de um segundo meio (2) que circunda o conduto (3).
