Abstract
"BENZIMIDAZÓIS 4-SUBSTITUÍDOS E SEU USO COMO INIBIDORES DE SECREÇÃO GÁSTRICA". A presente invenção refere-se aos benzimidazóis 6-substituídos da fórmula 1, em que X é O (oxigênio) ou NH e Y ou tem o significado -CH~ 2~-Ar em que Ar é um resíduo aromático mono ou bicíclico, ou Y denota o grupo gp, fórmula (gp) em que Z tem o significado -CHR8- ou -CHR8-CHR9-. Os compostos têm inibição de secreção gástrica e excelentes propriedades de ação protetora gástrica e intestinal.
