Abstract
"MUTEÍNAS DE FATOR DE CRESCIMENTO PLACENTÁRIO TIPO 1, MÉTODO DE PREPARAÇÃO E SEUS USOS". A presente invenção está relacionada a muteínas estáveis de fator de crescimento placentário tipo 1 (PLGF1), que carregam a substituição ou eliminação de um resíduo de cisteína da seqüência de aminoácidos de proteína de tipo selvagem, sua preparação, seu uso cosmético e terapêutico e composições cosméticas e farmacêuticas contendo os referidos derivados. A invenção também está relacionada à produção de anticorpos para os referidos derivados e seu uso no diagnóstico e tratamento de patologias tumorais e não tumorais.
