Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÕES DE PROTEÍNA ASSOCIADA COM CORPO OLEOSO E MÉTODOS DE USO DESTAS PARA REDUZIR O RISCO DE DOENÇA CARDIOVASCULAR". São fornecidos composições e métodos para reduzir hipercolesterolemia e, consequentemente, o risco de doença cardiovascular. Tais composições podem compreender isolated proteínas associada com corpo oleoso. Adicionalmente provided are gêneros alimentícios to which one ou mais proteínas associada com corpo oleoso have been added. As composições employed in a invenção pode também comprise additive compostos, por exemplo, uma saponina, an isoflavona, um fosfolipídeo, a carboidrato substancialmente resistente à digestão, ou a combination thereof. Os métodos e composições da invenção may be used to lower cholesterol and other lipid levels in subjects to achieve a reduction in the risk of doença cardiovascular.
