Abstract
"POLIPEPTÍDEOS DE MICOPLASMA". A presente invenção refere-se a métodos e materiais relacionados com micoplasma. Por exemplo, a invenção fornece polipeptídeos de micoplasma tendo a capacidade de aumentar a liberação de cálcio de células (por exemplo, células traqueais ciliadas de porcino) bem como anticorpos que ligam-se a tais polipeptídeos de micoplasma. Além disso, a invenção fornece métodos para identificar inibidores de liberação de cálcio induzida por micoplasma de células traqueais ciliadas de porcino.
