"TRANSISTOR DE EFEITO DE CAMPO DE NANOTUBO AUTO-ALINHADO E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DO MESMO". Dispositivo semicondutor de transistor de efeito de campo de nanotubo de carbono auto-alinhado compreende um nanotubo de carbono (104) depositado em um substrato (102), uma fonte e um dreno (106 - 107) formado em uma primeira extremidade e uma segunda extremidade do nanotubo de carbono 9104), respectivamente, e uma porta (112) formada substancialmente através de uma porção do nanotubo de carbono (104), separado do nanotubo de carbono por uma película dielétrica (111).
