"PROCESSO INDUSTRIAL DE COMPOSIÇÃO ALTERADA DE EDULCORANTES PARA OBTENÇÃO DE ADOÇANTES NATURAIS". Compreendido por ser um processo físico-químico de obtenção de adoçante à partir da folha da Stévia Rebaudiana (Bert) Bertoni, por dito processo químico, através de percolação com água, livre de aplicação de solventes orgânicos conforme demonstra a Fig. 3, gráfico funcional do processo, proporcionando assim, economia de manufatura, com menor investimento em equipamento industrial, segurança aos manipuladores do produto no âmbito de trabalho, de produção, totalmente isentos de perigo de explosão no ambiente de produção, e produtos final de pureza, e natural.
