A presente invenção refere-se a derivados de benzimidazóis, sua preparação e seu emprego para preparação de medicamentos para tratamento e profilaxia de doenças que estão associadas com uma ativação de microglias e doenças imunológicas mediadas por células T, assim como preparados farmacêuticos que contêm os novos derivados de benzimidazol.
